Terms and Conditions

Turn around time:

  • Our turn around or (TAT) is 10-12 Business days, this does not include holidays or weekends. TAT is listed on the top of the webpage and is also listed in our Facebook group. 

Business days are Monday-Friday.
We do not operate on weekends or holidays. 



Order Issues:
  • If you have tracking information but your package hasn't arrived or it did arrive but it is damaged, please email Sin & Smoke.
  • If you order arrived damaged you must email within 48 hours of delivery sinandsmokeinfo@gmail.com
    Shipping:
    • Please note that the shipping method you choose has nothing to do with the time frame of which your order is placed. Even if you pick PRIORITY shipping, it still falls under the current TAT.

    Cancellations:

    • We do not accept cancellations or refunds
    • If there are any mistakes or issues you must contact the store via email within 3 days of your package being delivered
    • If an item is returned to me for a wrong address, insufficient address, return to sender etc. the buyer will be responsible for paying the reship fee of $4.00
    •  No refunds will be issued.
